Why should we forgive people?"

At some point most of us learned that it is a good idea to forgive people. We learned that it is "holy" or "spiritual".

But there is a more basic reason to forgive people: when you don’t forgive them, it ruins your life!

Let’s say:
a) you are my boss and you give me the sack, or
b) you are my girl, and you run off with my buddy.
So I say, "I’ll never forgive you for that!"

Who suffers? Not you!

I’m pacing the floor. I’ve got the knot in my stomach. I’m losing sleep. You are probably out partying!

Where do we get the idea that if WE don’t forgive people, THEY suffer? It’s nuts!

Recent studies at the Public Health Institute in California confirm that hostility and resentment tear down your immune system and double your risk of heart attack, cancer and even diabetes.

Bitterness makes you sick!

To forgive someone, you don’t have to agree with what they did. You just have to want your life to work.

In a nutshell

Is it easy? Usually not. But you don’t forgive people for their benefit.

You do it for your benefit.

Hari ini hari raya Haji @ korban. Balik kampung dari semalam, ada citer gempak sikit kat kampung. Kalau hari raya puasa Paktehnya Tasya kena gigit lipan, ini Tasya pula kena gigit dek ular(itu kata dia) doktor kata sejenis serangga. Tak jumpa pulak ularnya. Alhamdullilah semuanya ok.

Hari raya makan yang best, takde nasi himpit , lomang adolah. Lauk sedap macam-macam ikan sembilang+daun gelugor, daging salai masak cili api dan macam2 lagi. … bestnya. semua balik kecuali Gda.

Petang dah balik, singgah rumah Maklang ama ..makan2 belated besday Adik Azfa.

Since no one on the net aware today is my birthday , i wish it by myself.

Thank to Allah , He still love me.

Today I’m sleep almost the whole day. Waiting for someone wake-up and fetch me to my sister new house for cleaning reason, but they just forgot me, or maybe theirs car already full.

It’s Public Holiday right? So? nothing to do. Because today is Sunday where public holiday falls on,tomorrow will be replacement holiday. This is good reason we love life in Malaysia. Multi-culture citizenry, so many public holiday will celebrate.

Semalam nak pegi tengok movie Narnia di GSC Mid Valley tapi fully booked, maklumlah hari Rabu. Mid Valley di hias sebegitu rupa sempena Season Festival.. opsss..See me at one of decoration, not so suspicion right?

Hujan again!.. nak pegi bayar bill dan bank-in sewa rumah tapi hari hujan, tghhari pun hujan. Takde apa nak buat. Hari hujan nak basuh kain asyik tak kering, mesin basuh dahlah buat hal , pusing kejap aje pastu idle.

Di sebelah rumah ada karinval Sure heboh TV3 tapi tak tak pergi pun. Pertama, tak seorang pun pelawa pergi sama, kedua hari hujan!!..
